Young Adults & Volunteers Coordinator – Belmont Campus
Part Time – 1.5 days per week
In this role, you will be working closely with the Campus Pastor as part of the ‘Next Gen’ team. This is a high investment role to develop relationships and build culture with great leaders and volunteers. As the role evolves, the 2 roles will complement each other with young adults supporting growth in many areas in the life of the church.
As Volunteers Coordinator, you will undertake a range of administrative activities to coordinate all volunteers’ inductions and rosters. Lead, inspire and care for the team, whilst building and maintaining strong morale and unity in our Sunday serving teams.
The Young Adults Coordinator role is a leadership position with oversight of all our Young Adult connect groups, supporting, developing, and coaching leaders. You will be responsible for integrating young adults into Sunday services, fostering community, and facilitating events.
This role is located at our Belmont Campus and the successful candidate would need to make this their home church.
