Parents Information
If you’ve been to Nations Conference in previous years, we have always used the main check-in desk as you walk in, however this year it’s going to be a little bit different.
This year we will be having conference in the upstairs Ballrooms, so check in for Main Stream delegates will be up the stairs that say ‘Glorify’ and on the left on Level 3. Kids & Family check in will be located outside the kids rooms on Level 2.
If at any time you can’t find either of these, our ushering team will be around to help point you in the right direction.
Upon check in you will be given a wristband which gives you access to the sessions you’ve registered for. You can scan the QR code for all essential details or view them by visiting the ‘ON THE DAY’ webpage here
Any lost wristbands will incur a $5 replacement fee.
If at any time you can’t find either of these, our ushering team will be around to help point you in the right direction.
Main Stream
This year’s conference will take place in the Bellevue ballrooms on Level three.
You can get access by following the ‘Glorify’ stairs on Level 2 up to Level 3, or alternatively take the lift from behind the Kids stream check-in if you have a pram or need disability access.
Youth Stream
The Youth Stream on Saturday morning will be at our Nations Church Myaree Campus. The youth will be joining the adults in the Bellevue Ballrooms for all night sessions and have a designated seating section.
For parents of teenagers, please be aware that we will bus the students from PCEC to the Myaree Campus on Saturday morning and bring them back ready for the final session on Saturday night. Lunch will also be provided.
Kids Stream
Your kids will be receiving from a powerful Conference kids program tailored to their age group throughout Conference in the following spaces located next to the ‘Glorify’ stairs:
Jump (Grade 1-5)
Rockets (Pre-Kindy-Pre-Primary)
Sprouts (Ages 1-3)
Heroes Academy

The best way to get to Conference is via public transport, especially as this year there are two other major events taking place at PCEC whilst we are there. Follow the signs to get to PCEC and look out for our friendly Nations Church team.
Public Transport
Perth’s public transport is both a safe and cost-effective way to reach Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre from key locations around the city.
With Elizabeth Quay station only a few minutes away, Perth’s public transport system is a quick and efficient option when visiting our venue. Trains run from 6 am to 11 pm using a ticketing system which can be easily purchased from any station.

If you choose to drive, there are 5000 parking bays within a 10-minute walking distance to PCEC.
We recommend reserving a spot at Westralia to guarantee parking close to the venue.

Taxi/Uber
If arriving to conference by taxi or uber is your choice, you can get your transport to drop you off on Level One and make your way from the Taxi Zone up to Level 3.

Kids & Family check in will be located outside the kids rooms on Level 2.
Parents need to pick up parent and children’s wristbands together from the Kids Checkin station located left side of stairs.
Check-in is open 30mins prior to session 1, 3 & 5.

Check Out
When picking up your child(ren) from Kids Stream, please present the QR code from their conference ticket. This ticket has been emailed to you.
Please collect your child promptly at the end of Session 1, 3 & 5. Replacing lost wristbands will incur a fee.
We have a Parents Room!
A live feed is available so don’t miss a moment of conference. Nappy change, play zone and private feeding facilities are available in the dedicated Parents Room for parents with children aged 0-12 months.
This area is in opposite the ballrooms entrance in the Bellevue Lounge. Please park your prams outside the room in the dedicated zone for easy access.

What can I expect?
You can expect a powerful weekend of encounter, with live worship, speaking and ministry.
Who can attend Nations Conference?
Anyone is welcome to attend our Conference! If finance is a barrier, you can apply to be considered for sponsorships just above this FAQ.
Are there Kids Facilities at the Conference?
Yes there are! We have a Parents Room for those with kids so you don't miss out on the service. We also have a kids & youth stream avaialble that runs at the same time as the main conference.
What if I want to attend certain sessions?
Closer to the day of conference, Day and Night passes will be made available for purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Sorry, we don't offer refunds and all sales are final. If you have any questions about your registration contact our team at events@nationschurch.com
Will these sessions be LIVE online?
Unfortunately no, Nations Conference 2024 will not be available to watch online.
Will these sessions be available to listen to or watch after?
Each session will be recorded and will be made available in either video or audio after Nations Conference 2024 has concluded for purchase.
Does my Nations Conference ticket also include sessions to the Nations Conference Plus?
No, your Conference pass does not allow entry for the Nations Conference Plus. If you want to attend you'll need to purchase a ticket.
Parking
There is plenty of parking available under the Convention Centre. However, given there is a major event happening at the same time as Conference, we would recommend booking parking in Westralia Square or turning up early.
Where do I drop my youth kids at conference?
Please drop your youth kids at the Perth Convention Centre (PCEC) on the Saturday. The youth stream will be gathering at PCEC and travelling by bus to Myaree together.
Where will year 6's go? Jump or Youth?
Year 6's will be joining the youth stream. When purchasing a ticket for a year 6, please select the youth stream ticket.
Nations Conference Plus
What can I expect at NCPLUS?
We have three streams available for conference plus on the day. You will start off at 1:00pm with a Leadership stream with Ps Ken & Chrissy Lee. After that we will have a quick break followed by two streams. You will be able to choose to either join in a stream about Evangelism with Ben Fitzgerald or Next Generation ministry with Harry Slade.
Nations Conference Plus will conclude by 3:30pm to give you time to head to your hotel, home or out for an eary dinner with some friends till we all come back together for Nations Conference Session One at 6:00pm!
Please note, times may change.
Does my Nations Conference Plus ticket also include sessions to the main conference?
No, your Conference Plus pass does not allow entry for the main conference. If you want to attend the main conference you'll need to purchase a full ticket.
What if I want to attend only one of the Conference Plus sessions?
We strongly encourage you to attend both sessions. Regardless of what area of ministry you lead or serve in, these sessions will benefit you.
Will these NCPLUS sessions be LIVE online?
No they will not be.
Will there be child-minding at Nations Conference Plus?
Unfortunately there will not be. Conference for Kids starts on friday night.
