REGISTRATIONS

Head straight to the Main Registration Desk on Level 2, just outside Riverside Theatre, to collect your Conference wristband* or family pack.

To keep things moving quickly, have the QR code from your ticket purchase ready for scanning.

If you’re unsure where to go at any point, our friendly ushering team will be nearby and happy to help guide you.

The registration desk opens from 5:30pm on Friday & 8:30am on Saturday.

*Any lost wristbands will incur a $5 replacement fee.

Riverside Theatre

Access to the theatre is available by following the directional signboards throughout the venue. For those with prams or requiring disability access, lifts are conveniently located near the main Registration Desk.

KIDS STREAM

PCEC Level 2

Your kids will be receiving from a powerful Conference kids program tailored to their age group throughout Conference in the following spaces on Level 2 opposite The Riverside Theatre:

Primary – River View Rooms 4 & 5
Heroes Academy – Meeting Room 6
Early Childhood – Meeting Rooms 7 & 8
Toddlers – Meeting Rooms 9 & 10
Parents Room – Meeting Room 11

YOUTH Stream

PCEC Level 2 – Meeting Rooms 1 & 2

All youth students will collect their wristband* at the Main Registration Desk.

On Saturday, Junior High students (Years 6–9) can head straight to the Junior High stream area for check-in, while Senior High students (Years 10–12) will check in at the Main Registration Desk.

Both Junior High and Senior High students will come together for lunch outside the PCEC.

*Any lost wristbands will incur a $5 replacement fee.

GETTING TO CONFERENCE

The best way to get to Conference is via public transport, especially as this year there are possibly other events taking place at PCEC whilst we are there. Follow the signs to get to PCEC and look out for our friendly Nations Church team members.

Public Transport

Perth’s public transport is both a safe and cost-effective way to reach Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre from key locations around the city.

With Elizabeth Quay station only a few minutes away, Perth’s public transport system is a quick and efficient option when visiting our venue. Trains run from 6 am to 11 pm using a ticketing system which can be easily purchased from any station.

Parking

If you choose to drive, there are 5000 parking bays within a 10-minute walking distance to PCEC. We recommend reserving a spot at Westralia to guarantee parking close to the venue.

Taxi/Uber

If arriving to conference by taxi or uber is your choice, you can get your transport to drop you off on Level 1 and make your way from the Drop Off Point up to Level 2.

KIDS STREAM

Check-In

Kids & Family Check-in Station is located outside the kids rooms on Level 2.

Parents need to pick up parent’s and children’s wristbands* together from the Kids Check-in Station.

Check-in will be open 30mins prior to Session 1, 3 & 5.

Check-Out

When picking up your child(ren) from Kids Stream, please present the QR code from their conference ticket. This ticket has been emailed to you.

Please collect your child promptly at the end of Session 1, 3 & 5. Replacing lost wristbands will incur a fee.

We have a Parents Room!

We have a live feed available, so you don’t miss a moment of conference. Nappy change, play zone and private feeding facilities are available in the dedicated Parents Room for parents with children aged 0-12 months.

The room is located directly opposite the Merch Store. Please park your prams outside the room in the dedicated zone for easy access.

Friday Evening Check-In:
All youth students are required to check in at the Main Registration Desk upon arrival. During this time, they will receive their event wristbands*, which must be worn at all times throughout the weekend for identification and access to needed areas.

Saturday Morning Check-In:

  • Junior High Students (Years 6–9): Check in directly at the Junior High stream area. Look for signage or ask a volunteer for directions upon arrival.
  • Senior High Students (Years 10–12): Must check in at the Main Registration Desk before proceeding to the adult stream.

*Any lost wristbands will incur a $5 replacement fee.

Lunch Break (Saturday)

All youth students will be provided with lunch during the scheduled break. Lunch will take place onsite and in a supervised group setting where all students will eat together.

Parents/guardians DO NOT NEED check their children out during the lunch break. The exact lunch location will be confirmed closer to the event and communicated via email.

If your child has any dietary requirements, please ensure this information is provided during registration or by contacting the event team in advance.
