Check-In

Friday Evening Check-In:
All youth students are required to check in at the Main Registration Desk upon arrival. During this time, they will receive their event wristbands*, which must be worn at all times throughout the weekend for identification and access to needed areas.

Saturday Morning Check-In:

  • Junior High Students (Years 6–9): Check-In will occur before students board the buses to Heart for the City Church – please head to the turning circle pick up point on Level 1 (located near the Adina Hotel).
  • Senior High Students (Years 10–12): All Senior High Students will also be required to check in on Saturday morning – please head to the Youth Hang Zone located in the Ballroom Foyer.

Look out for the NY flags at each Check In Station

*Any lost wristbands will incur a $5 replacement fee.

Lunch Break (Saturday)

All youth students in Junior High and Senior High Streams will be provided with lunch during the scheduled break.

JUNIOR HIGH
Lunch will take place at Heart for the City Church.

SENIOR HIGH
Lunch will take place onsite at PCEC and in a supervised group setting where all students will eat together. Parents/guardians DO NOT NEED check their children out during the lunch break.

During this time, our Senior High Connect Groups will have the opportunity to visit the city under the supervision of their Connect Leaders. Leaders will maintain a ratio of 1:10 students and will remain with their groups at all times. All groups will return to PCEC by 2:10pm, where a headcount will be completed to ensure every student is safely accounted for.

If your child has any dietary requirements, please ensure this information is provided during registration or by contacting the event team in advance.

Conference Sunday

All teenagers in Years 6-12 are invited to be at Conference Sunday. They will be no official programs or check in however, there will be a youth section reserved for our teenagers.
