Where is the Conference venue?
What can I expect?

You can expect a powerful weekend of encounter, with live worship, speaking and ministry.

Who can attend Nations Conference?

Anyone is welcome to attend our Conference.

What if I want to attend certain sessions?

Closer to the day of Conference, Day and Night passes will be made available for purchase.

Can I get a refund?

Sorry, we don’t offer refunds and all sales are final. If you have any questions about your registration contact our team at events@nationschurch.com

Will these sessions be LIVE online?

Unfortunately no, Nations Conference 2025 will not be available to watch online.

Will these sessions be available to listen to or watch after?

Each session will be recorded and made available in either video or audio after Nations Conference 2025 has concluded.

Parking

There is plenty of parking available under the Convention Centre. However, given other events are happening at the same time as the Conference, we recommend booking parking in Westralia Square or turning up early.

What can I bring into the event?

We encourage all delegates to bring a bottle of water. Please note that no food or drink (with the exception of bottled water) is permitted inside the auditorium.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Our offices are open during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).

KIDS STREAM

What ages does the Kids Stream cater for at Conference?

Our Kids Stream is divided into 3 age groups.

Toddlers – ages 1 – 2
Early Childhood – ages 3 – Pre-primary
Primary – Year 1 – Year 5

Each program will be tailored to the needs and abilities of the specific age group. Given the size of the groups at conference we ask that families only register their child for the age group they are eligible for.

Where will the Kids Stream be held?

Level 2 at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. Detailed information and maps will be sent out to delegates closer to the date.

Where will the Year 6s go?

Year 6 students are part of the Junior High stream at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. When purchasing a ticket for a year 6, please select the Youth Stream ticket.

What can my child expect at the Kids Stream?

Our Kids Stream includes all of the elements your child knows and loves about our Nations Kids Sunday Services.

Each age group has an incredible program planned including lots of time to play and make new friends, live praise and worship, engaging teaching and prayer targeted at their specific demographic.

Our younger children will engage in games and craft activities to consolidate the concepts taught and our primary aged students will be part of connect groups where they can discuss the messages, get to know each other better and pray together.

We have also been intentional to create space within the programs for children to relax and recharge, specifically on the Saturday.

What should my child bring to the Kids Stream?

Children are encouraged to bring a labelled water bottle with them. Primary students should bring their bibles and a notebook too. Please ensure all items are clearly labelled with your child’s full name – especially jackets.

Will there be food provided in the Kids Stream?

Our team provide light allergy friendly snacks throughout the day. Unfortunately due to venue restrictions we can only provide pre-packaged snacks. If your child has specific dietary needs we encourage you to pack a nut-free alternative for them in their bags.

Please ensure your child has a good meal PRIOR to each session to help them participate fully in the program.

What do I do if my child has asthma, anaphylaxis or epilepsy?

If you have noted any of the above conditions on your child’s registration form, a medical plan MUST be emailed to kids@nationschurch.com PRIOR to conference. Students will not be allowed to remain unaccompanied in the program without this.

Students requiring Ventolin or an epi-pen as part of their action plan must provide this upon checking in.

Who do I contact for more information about the Kids Stream?

If you are part of a Nations Church campus please speak with your local Kids coordinator. Alternatively, email kids@nationschurch.com.

YOUTH STREAM

What’s changing about the Youth Stream this year?

This year, we’re shifting from our usual off-site Youth Stream at Myaree to an on-site experience at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC).

Senior High students will now be fully integrated into the main Conference, while Junior High students will have their own dedicated sessions at PCEC.

Who is considered Senior High and who is Junior High?

Junior High: Years 6–9
Senior High: Years 10–12

What will the Youth Stream look like?

Senior High students will attend the main Conference sessions.

Junior High students will have their own Youth Stream sessions at PCEC, not off-site.

On Saturday, both groups will come together for lunch and join the main evening sessions in the theatre.

Do both age groups need to check in?

Junior High will check in Saturday and Sunday morning outside Meeting room 1-2 on Level 2.

Senior High will check in Saturday morning at the main registration desk.

Will students still be bussed from PCEC to another location?

No. All Youth Stream activities, including Junior High sessions, will be held at PCEC this year. There will be no off-site travel.

How will lunch on Saturday work for the youth?

Both Junior and Senior High students will gather together for lunch on-site at PCEC. It’s a great opportunity for connection across the year levels.
