We are passionate about encountering Jesus! We believe in the power of corporate worship and seeing people transformed by the presence of God. Our team is passionate about creating a worshipful environment that points people to Jesus.

Production

At Nations Church, many elements go into the running of a Sunday service. Our production teams play an important role in conjunction with the worship team to create a vibrant and worshipful environment whilst managing the technicalities behind a Sunday service.

Design, Film & Photography

Do you have an interest in design, film or photography? Our design + film department is responsible for all the social media accounts, marketing campaigns, film projects & the great photos you see. If you'd love to get involved in any of these areas, there’s always opportunities to serve at Sunday services, events and on any of our exciting projects. No matter the skill level, we'd love to have you part of our team.

Events

If you love creating beautiful spaces and running events we would love to have you join our team! We are looking for people who love managing events, event planning, decor designs and catering!

OPERATIONS

If you prefer to deal with processes, security or administration then this area of serving is for you! This team does not typically have a high interaction with people as some of the other teams. We take pride in our systems and work in the background to ensure our services and people are safe and important assets are cared for.

Kids

At Nations Church, we are about the generations. We are passionate about providing a safe and fun environment for young people to learn about God and worship Him. We believe that God desires to move powerfully in the lives of every child and are committed to creating incredible programs to facilitate that.

Nations Kids runs during Sunday services with programs tailored for children of different ages.

Youth

At Nations Church, we are about the generations. We are passionate about providing a safe and fun environment for young people to learn about God and worship Him.

Nations Youth runs a program every Friday night of the school term. We also have JNR High on a Sunday for any student in Years 6-9 to get connected into youth and receive age-appropriate teaching.

Young Adults

Nations Church is home to a vibrant Young Adult (18-25) community. There are a number of NYA Connect Groups for people who meet during the week. We hold a number of events during the year as well as outreach into universities.

Heroes Academy

Heroes Academy is the additional needs ministry of Nations Church. We support children with additional needs and their families through community events such as our Mega Play Dates and Playgroup. We also provide support for primary school aged children with additional needs and their families to go to Church if they so desire. If you would like to volunteer at our events or in our Heroes Academy Sunday services teams we would love to hear from you.​

Nations Church is well known for its warm welcome and hospitality to all. If you are a people person and would like to help those attending our Sunday everyone who attends our services feel comfortable and valued, this is a great team for you!

Prayer Team

At Nations Church we are about faith! We believe in the power of prayer and seek after the miraculous in our lives. Much of it is not seen, but it is nonetheless constantly undergirding everything we do.

Our desire and passion is to help each and every person who calls Nations Church home to come to have a deeper, intimate relationship with Jesus through prayer.

New Christians Team

Seeing the Lost Found and Disciples Made is core to who we are at Nations Church, so when we have new beliebers we want to be able to welcome them into the church and disciple them as they commence their own discipleship journey with Jesus. Meals Team

If you have a passion for cooking and a love of food, come and join our dynamic Meals Team, who serve faithfully throughout the year in making sure that our church family have meals when life can be a bit challenging. By practically cooking and packaging the meals you have made is a wonderful way of tangibly helping families in a meaningful way.

Food Pantry

Campus: Port Kennedy

Connecting with chaplains in local schools to identify and invite families who are doing it tough to receive a gift of food to help them in their time of need. We believe that this is more than just a food pantry, it is a point of connection to show them that they are valued and loved.

Local University Outreach

Every week of the semester our young adults team host events at the student village connecting with regional and international students living away from their families. During the stressful exam season the team provide students with exam care packs and serve at a free community dinner. We desire to reach young adults local to our community who need connection and a loving family of faith.

Playgroup

Campuses: Belmont , Bunbury, Myaree & Port Kennedy

Each fortnight our dedicated team run a community playgroup to connect with families with children aged 0-5 across the cities of Belmont, Bunbury, Melville & Rockingham. We regularly see community families come along to these safe and welcoming environments.

Heroes Academy

Campus: Myaree, Port Kennedy & Bunbury

Heroes Academy is a ministry of Nations Church which supports children with additional needs and their families.

Mega Play Dates are for primary school aged children and their siblings. These events enable parents/caregivers to enjoy a well-deserved break while their children experience a fun-filled, activity packed play date!

Heroes Academy Playgroup run weekly for parents/caregivers of 0-5 year olds with additional needs. Heroes Academy Playgroup provide a safe space to share with others on a similar journey while the children engage in developmentally appropriate play.

We have a vision to expand our Mega Play Date model into regional Western Australia. Get excited as we seek to grow the reach of this wonderful ministry.

OFFICE VOLUNTEERS
All Campuses

Office Volunteers provide behind-the-scenes support to Nations Church! They commit to serving regularly and consistently in our church offices during the week, helping keep our ministries running smoothly. This role is perfect for anyone with a few hours to spare who enjoys supporting the team, offering practical help, and making a real difference in the life of the Church.
